Welcome to the Creed Roasted Coffee website (the "Website"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.

 

1. Use of the Website

1.1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

1.2. License

Creed Roasted Coffee grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Website for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Website without prior written consent from Creed Roasted Coffee.

 

2. Subscriptions

2.1 Subscription Overview

By subscribing to Creed Roasted Coffee, you agree to receive a monthly shipment of our premium coffee or tea products. This subscription will be billed and shipped on a monthly basis, ensuring you always have fresh, quality coffee or tea at your doorstep.

2.2 Minimum Commitment

All coffee and tea subscriptions require a minimum commitment of three (3) months. This means that upon subscribing, you agree to maintain your subscription for at least three consecutive months. After the initial three-month period, your subscription will continue on a month-to-month basis until canceled.

2.3 Cancellation 

You may cancel your subscription after the initial three-month period. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. If you cancel before fulfilling the three-month commitment, your subscription will remain active until the commitment period is completed.

 

2. User Conduct

2.1. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

a) Violating any applicable laws or regulations;

b) Interfering with or disrupting the Website or its servers;

c) Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating your affiliation with any person or entity;

d) Collecting or harvesting personal information of other users;

e) Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;

f) Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Website, user accounts, or computer systems.

 

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. Ownership

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of Creed Roasted Coffee or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws, aside from images used which are free from copyright (ie; stock images).

3.2. Trademarks "Creed Roasted Coffee" and its associated logos are trademarks of Creed Roasted Coffee. You may not use these trademarks without prior written consent from Creed Roasted Coffee.

 

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Creed Roasted Coffee does not warrant that the Website will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Website is at your own risk.
