1. Returns and Exchanges

1.1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or if you believe it does not meet the quality standards expected from Creed Roasted Coffee, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We may request photos or other evidence of the issue to assess the situation. If the issue is confirmed, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product.

1.2. Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work to resolve the issue by sending you the correct item and providing instructions for returning the incorrect item.

 

2. Returns Process

2.1. Authorization

All returns must be authorized by Creed Roasted Coffee. Before returning any items, please contact customer service at order@creedroastedcoffee.com to request authorization and receive further instructions.

2.2. Packaging

Returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.

2.3. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be covered by Creed Roasted Coffee. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs upon receipt of the returned item.

 

3. Refunds

3.1. Refund Options

Depending on the nature of the issue, you may be eligible for one of the following refund options:

a) Refund to the original payment method: If you choose this option, the refund amount will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

b) Store credit: You can opt for a store credit, which can be used for future purchases on the Creed Roasted Coffee website.

3.2. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
